Service Description
Winter is the perfect time to slow down. This 30-minute Rest & Reset massage-style experience offers gentle relaxation, comforting warmth and a peaceful space to simply be. Take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and leave feeling rested, grounded and renewed. Your Rest & Reset session focuses on the hands, face, head, neck and shoulders, using calming massage-style techniques that encourage deep relaxation to ease away tension. Bookings are confirmed upon payment. As places are limited during Winter Wonderfest, payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are booked by appointment only, and your time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the space to be offered to another client. Late cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or missed appointments may incur the full session fee. I understand that life happens. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and I will always do my best to respond with care and understanding. Thank you for honouring this shared space, time, and energy.
