1. Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or by direct arrangement.

​

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

​

Prices are listed in NZD and may be updated from time to time.

​2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.​

​

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the session being forfeited.

• Repeat missed appointments without notice may result in future bookings being declined.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can arrange a new time.

3. Health & Wellbeing

​

Rest & Reset sessions involve gentle, hands-on relaxation techniques.

​

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

​

• Injuries

• Medical conditions

• Pregnancy

• Allergies or sensitivities

• Any relevant health concerns

Session provided by Enchanted Beginnings are not substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are under medical care or have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

4. Oils, Balms & Ingredients

​

Professional massage blends and balms are used during sessions. Some products may contain nut-based oils (such as almond oil) and plant-derived ingredients.

Clients must inform Enchanted Beginnings of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the session.

​

Alternative options may be available upon request.

5. Tarot & Oracle Readings

​

Tarot and oracle card readings are intended for personal reflection, insight, and guidance.

​

They are not:

• Medical advice

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Psychological diagnosis

All decisions made following a reading remain the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Gift Certificates

​

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the validity period stated.

They may not be exchanged for cash.

7. Respectful Conduct

Enchanted Beginnings is a safe and respectful space.

Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
