Rest & Reset is a gentle 30-minute session created to support deep relaxation, grounding, and calming the nervous system.

This session works with the hands, face, head, neck and shoulders, using calm, hands-on techniques to support relaxation and ease tension. It’s a quiet pause from the demands of everyday life - a moment to breathe, settle, and return to yourself.

During your session, a small selection of oils or balms may be used for the hands and face, based on your comfort and preference. All blends are sourced from New Zealand-owned suppliers, both locally and regionally. You can view full product ingredients and care information here.

Please note: the oil blends contain sweet almond and wheatgerm carrier oils. The locally sourced balm contains beeswax and grapeseed oil.

A warm face cloth and eye pillow may also be used briefly during the session, always with your consent and comfort in mind.

Rest & Reset is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, emotionally tired, or simply in need of time to slow down and reset. Many people find they feel more grounded, clearer, and deeply rested afterward.

Once your session begins, there is no need to talk, explain, or process - simply arrive as you are and receive. You will be lying down during the session; however, this is not massage therapy, but a calming, restorative experience designed to support relaxation and balance.

You’ll be invited to arrive a little earlier for your first appointment, where I’ll explain how the session works, answer any questions, and ensure you feel comfortable before we begin.
